Training as unique as you are requires options.
Here are our coaching offerings:

  • 8 or 12 Self-Guided Sessions/Month

    Designed to be our most self-driven option, our 8 and 12x/mo session options provide you with a personalized plan for your goals and the ability to access the facility at times that work for your schedule. You plan will be uploaded to our PushPress platform so you can check all of the boxes as you go! This is a fantastic option for those who want something individualized, but are great at following the plan on their own.

    Both the 12x and 8x/mo plans allow for access to our yoga or specialty classes, 4x for the 12 sessions and 2x for the 8 sessions!

    We do require all new members to do a 45min consult before joining so we can best set you up for success! The cost of your consult session will be taken off of your first month of membership.

  • Personal Training

    Personal Training is for clients who are looking to work on physical goals such as building strength, decreasing pain, and/or working towards a sports-related goal and want 1-on-1 assistance to reach those goals under watchful eyes. This option is 100% personalized and your coach will handle all of the programming and goal tracking for you.

    Personal training is our most popular option because it promotes consistency and accountability!

    Personal training does require a 45min consult to ensure we can best set you up for success. You can add on a nutrition consult to your plan as well.

  • Drop-In Sessions / Class Packs

    Our drop-in sessions or class packs are for folks who don’t want to commit to a longer-term plan and are looking for general gym access or would like to attend our various classes (yoga, women’s strength, etc). These packs do not come with a personalized plan, and are intended to provide temporary access to our facility. You must sign up for an open gym or class time to use your sessions.

    If you are visiting from out of town, please feel free to choose this option and contact us! We would love to help you out with a tour for your first time in the facility.

Online Only Coaching

A consult call is required to start online coaching for both nutrition, strength/Powerlifting training, or both!

Online coaching spots are limited.

There is a 6-month commitment for online coaching and can be paid monthly or 6mo in-full for a 5% discount.

Online coaching is run through our PushPress platform and can be tailored to your needs. We currently offer: Powerlifting coaching, Nutrition-only coaching, Lifestyle (general fitness focused) coaching, or a combo of Nutrition with either Powerlifting or Lifestyle.

Powerlifting, Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching are $150 monthly.
Combo Coaching is $250 monthly.
