Personal Training
This is our bread and butter!
Personal Training is for clients who are looking to work on physical goals such as building strength, decreasing pain, and/or working towards a sports-related goal and want 1-on-1 assistance to reach those goals under watchful eyes. This option is 100% personalized and your coach will handle all of the programming and goal tracking for you.
Personal training is our most popular option because it promotes consistency and accountability! If you’re ready to make a change and be held accountable every step of the way. this is the path to choose!
Personal training does require a 45min consult to ensure we can best set you up for success. You can add on a nutrition consult to your plan as well.
Personal training cost varies based on the number of sessions that are purchased. Our standard pricing is between $80-95 per session. We offer a discount for your first 12-pack session purchase!

Hybrid Coaching
Designed to be our most self-driven option, our Hybrid Coaching plan combines 4 1-on-1 training sessions per month along with a personalized program to follow for your workouts the rest of the week either in our space, or at your preferred gym or facility!
Your program will be loaded into our Train Heroic app so you can easily and confidently follow along with your plan no matter where you’re at directly from your phone.
Our hybrid coaching is $495 per month, and we offer a $45 per month discount ($270) if you purchase 6 months in full.
Hybrid coaching requires a consultation at our facility, you can book your consult HERE.
Online Only Coaching
A consult call is required to start online coaching for both nutrition, strength/Powerlifting training, or both!

Online coaching spots are limited.
There is a 6-month commitment for online coaching and can be paid monthly or 6mo in-full for a discount.
Online coaching is run through our TrainHeroic app and every part can be tailored to your needs. We currently offer: Powerlifting coaching, Nutrition-only coaching, Lifestyle (general fitness focused) coaching, or a combo of Nutrition with either Powerlifting or Lifestyle.
Powerlifting, Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching are $175 monthly.
Combo Coaching is $250 monthly.
