Mobility - Stretching Sequence Options
Below is a sequence of stretches that I suggest you perform at least once a week in addition to your movement practice. If you aren’t someone who loves yoga, or that style of mobility work, give general stretching a try! You can absolutely hold these stretches for a little longer than suggested, and feel free to double up. Even building in 10 minutes of stretching once a week starts to build a habit! Set a reminder in your phone, put on some music you love or a show you’re into and dive in to some self-care that will make your lifting, cardio and stress that much better!
