New Year Journal Check-In
Hey Crew!
I put together a worksheet that will be helpful in starting off your wellness work going in to our new year. This work is optional, but I find it to be an integral part of my own health and wellness journey. Pick and choose what works for you, but take some time to check-in with yourself as often as you are comfortable doing.
Some weeks, I check in daily in my journal and will answer one or two shorts prompts, or will just write about my day. Other weeks I only find myself picking up my pen once or twice. There is no right or wrong - but I will say daily pages helped me immensely with understanding my own needs (mentally, physically and emotionally).
I’ll do another post shortly with some daily check-in question suggestions, but for now check out this form and maybe give it a go if you find yourself with the time!
